NL Applied AI is a newly formed Canadian AI delivery firm built around a managed network of experienced independent technical specialists.
As we establish the company's first case studies and refine our internal delivery systems, we are opening a limited number of implementation opportunities at introductory pricing.
This allows early clients to access our complete delivery model while giving us the opportunity to document strong real-world implementations and improve how we operate as a firm.

Where appropriate, implementation is independently reviewed by someone who was not responsible for the original build.

A technical lead determines what should be built, how it should work, and what expertise the implementation requires.
Documentation
The finished system includes appropriate handoff and operating documentation based on the engagement.
Specialist Implementation
The appropriate AI, automation, API, data, and development specialists are matched to the project.
Deployment Support
We help move the approved implementation from working build into its intended production environment.

We are not publishing a blanket percentage discount because AI implementation projects can vary significantly in complexity.
Instead, qualifying Founding Client projects receive project-specific introductory pricing based on the scope, technical requirements, and value of the engagement.
The objective is simple: create a strong early opportunity for both sides.
The client receives preferred early-stage pricing. NL Applied AI receives the opportunity to establish a high-quality project portfolio and refine the systems behind our delivery process.
Scope and pricing are agreed before implementation begins.
What we may ask from Founding Clients

We want early projects to help us improve the company as well as build the portfolio.
Depending on the engagement, we may ask for:
Candid feedback about the delivery experience
Feedback on communication and project structure
Permission to document an anonymized version of the project as a case study
Permission to discuss measurable project outcomes where appropriate
Optional permission to identify the client publicly in the future
Public identification, logos, testimonials, or named case studies would only be used with the client's explicit permission.
Introductory pricing is never conditional on positive feedback.

How a Founding Client engagement begins

Submit a complimentary feasibility review request with a brief description of what the business is trying to accomplish.

We take an initial look at whether the opportunity appears suitable and what technical disciplines may be involved.

Scope the engagement
If the project appears to be a fit, the requirements, architecture, deliverables, milestones, and pricing are defined before implementation.

Begin delivery
The appropriate specialists are assembled and the project moves through the agreed delivery process.
Why limit the number of Founding Clients?
Because the point is to learn carefully, not collect as many discounted projects as possible.
Early engagements will help establish NL Applied AI's project history, refine our operating systems, test communication and handoff procedures, and strengthen the way our specialist teams work together.
Keeping the program limited allows us to give those projects the attention they deserve while learning from each engagement before significantly increasing volume.
We are building for repeatability, not rushing for volume.
Founding Client does not mean experimental delivery.
The company portfolio is new. That does not mean the client becomes the testing ground for unqualified talent.
Projects are still scoped around the skills required, and specialists are selected according to the technical requirements of the engagement.
Where appropriate, the person reviewing or testing the finished implementation is separate from the person responsible for building it.
The objective remains the same: a clearly defined system built for real business use.

How much is the Founding Client discount?
There is no universal percentage. Introductory pricing is determined according to the project's technical scope, complexity, specialist requirements, and expected delivery effort.
Do I need to know exactly what I want built?
No. You can begin with the business problem. Part of the initial process is determining what technical approach appears appropriate.
Is the work lower quality because the price is introductory?
No. The purpose of introductory pricing is to help NL Applied AI establish its company portfolio, not to remove the technical disciplines a project requires. Scope, specialists, testing, and deliverables are still defined around the engagement.
Does every applicant qualify for Founding Client pricing?
No. The program is limited, and projects are selected according to fit, feasibility, scope, timing, and our ability to assemble the appropriate delivery team.
Do I have to publicly endorse NL Applied AI?
No. We may request candid feedback and permission to document an anonymized version of the work. Public testimonials, company identification, logos, or named case studies require separate permission.
Can ongoing support be included?
Yes, where appropriate. Ongoing support is scoped separately according to the system and the client's operational requirements.
