Complimentary Feasibility Review

Start with the business problem.

You do not need to know what technology should be used, which specialist you need, or how the solution should be architected.

Tell us what your business is trying to improve, automate, connect, or build. NL Applied AI will take an initial look at the opportunity and help determine what a practical next step could look like.

No technical specification required.

What we will look at

The purpose of the review is to determine whether the problem appears technically suitable for AI, automation, custom integration, or another practical approach.

Feasibility

Does the opportunity appear technically realistic, and are there obvious limitations or dependencies that should be considered first?

Possible Approach

What kind of system, workflow, integration, or technical capability might reasonably address the problem?

Next Step

Does the opportunity need further discovery, technical architecture, a defined implementation scope, or a different approach entirely?

And if AI is not the right solution, we will tell you that too.

Tell us what is happening in the business.

You do not need to write a technical brief. A clear description of the problem, current process, or desired outcome is enough to start.

The more context you can provide, the more useful our initial review can be.

Request Your Complimentary Feasibility Review

Submitting a feasibility review request does not create a client relationship or commit either party to a project. We will review the information provided and follow up if the opportunity appears suitable for further discussion.

What happens after you submit?

01

We review the opportunity

We look at the business requirement, existing systems, likely technical considerations, and whether the opportunity appears to fit our capabilities.

02

We identify the likely next step

That may be a conversation, additional discovery, technical architecture, a defined project scope, or a recommendation that a different solution would be more appropriate.

03

We decide whether to move forward

If there appears to be a strong fit, we can discuss scope, required specialists, milestones, pricing, and the appropriate delivery approach before implementation begins.

A useful first look, not a free engineering project.

The complimentary review is designed to determine fit and identify a sensible direction.

It is not intended to replace paid discovery, detailed technical architecture, security assessment, implementation planning, engineering specifications, or custom development where those services are required.

Some projects can be scoped relatively quickly. More complex projects may require a separate discovery or architecture engagement before an implementation proposal can be responsibly prepared.

We would rather identify that early than pretend a complex project can be accurately quoted from a few sentences.

We are currently considering a limited number of qualifying projects for introductory Founding Client pricing while we establish the company's initial implementation portfolio.
